EQUIPMENT

• 2400 Watt Laser for cutting aluminum (up to 1/8 inch thick), stainless (up to .156 inch thick) and cold rolled steel (up to 1/2 inch thick). Other materials can also be cut with this laser.
• CNC Punch and 5 foot Shear also for cutting materials.
• Press Brakes with .005 accuracy are able to bend parts up to 4 foot wide and 1/4 inch thick.
• Welding equipment includes Spot Welding , Sonic Welding for plastic, and Stud Welding Equipment.
• Grainer allows graining and deburring of parts up to 3 foot wide.
• Digital Mill
• Drill Presses
• Hydraulic Press for installing inserts and standoffs into material.
• Cable making equipment includes Wire Cutter and Stripper, Wire Crimper and Cable Assembly tools.
• Saws include both Band and Table Saws for cutting wood and other materials.
• Pad Printer
• Inspection Table and measuring equipment ensure Quality Control.
